01 · The Pour

Franklin, Tennessee · AI systems for local service businesses

Your business is leaking money.
We find it and plug it.

South Foundry Systems builds the AI that catches every lead you already paid for. One audit, one build, about three weeks, one fixed price. You own the system when we hand it over.

Built for Middle Tennessee service businesses. HVAC, plumbing, roofing, epoxy, landscaping, med spas.

02 · The Work

Four leaks, and none of them show up on a report

Industry studies put missed calls for contractors near one in four. The rest leaks out quieter than that. Here is where the money goes.

01

Calls that hit voicemail

A lead calls while you're on a roof or with a client. Voicemail picks up. They dial the next name on the list and book with whoever answers.

02

Leads that sit

A form fill comes in at 9pm and waits until tomorrow for a reply. Speed wins these jobs. Hours is not speed.

03

Reviews never asked for

The job went great and nobody asked for the review. Your next customer reads the competitor who did ask.

04

Nights lost to quoting

Quotes, scheduling, and callbacks eat your evenings because the whole system lives in your head and your phone.

We find the leaks. We plug them. You keep the money.

03 · The Shape

The AI Systems Sprint

About three weeks. One fixed price. A working system you own outright.

Week One · Audit

We find the leak

We trace how leads move through your business and find the leak costing you the most. You get the findings straight, whether you build with us or not.

Weeks Two and Three · Build

We build the fix

A voice agent that answers your missed calls, texts that fire back in seconds, automations inside your CRM, and a dashboard that shows all of it working.

End of Week Three · Handover

You get the keys

Your accounts, your data, your numbers. The system runs whether we stay in the picture or not.

On price: it's fixed and agreed before we start. We quote it on the call once we see your setup. No hourly meter, no surprise invoices.

04 · The Part

Start with the missed call voice agent

Most owners start here, because missed calls are the loudest leak. It answers every missed and after hours call in under two rings. It qualifies the job, books it on your calendar, and texts you the transcript.

  • 01A real conversation, not a phone tree. It asks what the job is, where, and when.
  • 02Qualified jobs land on your calendar. Tire kickers don't.
  • 03The transcript and callback number hit your phone before you're back in the truck.
  • 04It tells the truth. Ask it and it says it's an automated assistant. No games with your callers.

Hear it on your own line

Send us your business number. After hours, we call it the way a customer would, so you hear exactly what your callers get now. Then we show you what the agent would have said instead.

Straight answer on privacy: your number goes to Garrett, it gets used for this one demo, and it never touches a marketing list.

05 · Kept Sharp

What the system does all day

The sprint hands you a machine that runs on its own. Here is one lead moving through it.

  1. A lead calls. You can't pick up. Second ring, the agent answers.
  2. It qualifies the job. What, where, when, and how urgent.
  3. Real jobs land on your calendar. The rest get a polite goodbye.
  4. The transcript and callback number hit your phone by text.
  5. Your CRM logs every touch. Nothing lives in your head anymore.
  6. The dashboard shows every call it caught, so you can check the math yourself.

Optional · After the Sprint

System Care keeps it sharp

A monthly retainer, only if you want it. We watch the system, tune the agent when your services or pricing change, and send a plain report of what it caught.

You own everything either way. Cancel and the system stays yours and keeps running. We keep it sharp. We don't hold it hostage.

06 · The Proof

Real proof or nothing

No stock testimonials, no invented logos, no borrowed numbers. That rule costs us a prettier page today and earns your trust on the call.

Who you actually work with

Garrett Bennicas. He runs South Foundry Works, builds the systems himself, and answers the phone himself. No account manager, no handoff, no agency runaround.

The funnels side of the shop is already building and running lead systems for paying Middle Tennessee service businesses today. South Foundry Systems is built on that same plumbing.

First sprint case study

This slot is waiting for the first published sprint result. We publish real numbers with the client's written permission, or we publish nothing.

Fair questions

What does it cost?

One fixed price for the whole sprint, quoted on the call after we see your setup. It doesn't change once we start. We don't publish the number here because scope depends on your call volume and your stack, but you'll have it in writing before we begin.

Three weeks. Really?

Week one is the audit. Weeks two and three are the build. The handover date goes in the agreement on the kickoff call. If anything threatens that date you hear it from us early, not at the deadline.

Will it sound like a robot?

It sounds like a sharp front desk. It never pretends to be human. Ask it directly and it says it's an automated assistant. What your callers notice is that somebody answered on the second ring instead of voicemail. Judge it yourself with the demo before you spend a dollar.

What happens with my data?

Your calls, transcripts, and customer list stay yours. Transcripts go to your phone and your CRM, nowhere else. We don't sell data or share it. The demo number gets used once and never lands on a list.

Do I have to switch CRMs?

No. We build on what you run today. If you don't have a CRM, we stand up a simple one during the sprint and the account is yours from day one.

07 · Yours

Worth a quick call this week?

Tell us where your business is leaking. If we can plug it, we'll show you how. If we can't, we'll say so and point you somewhere useful. The call runs about 15 minutes.
